Meltdown 2012 - Booking Form

Thank you for booking into Meltdown 2012. If you are booking more than one person into Meltdown please remember to include the names and addresses of everyone in your party. The cost of attending Meltdown is £100 per person.

Concessions are available as follows:

0-2 year olds are FREE of charge.
3-7 year olds pay £25
8-10 year olds pay £50
11-13 year olds pay £75

People under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Married couples will be allocated a double room in one of the caravans. All other rooms are twin rooms.

If you require a private single room, a single room suppliment of £40 will be charged, making the cost of your stay £140. Please call us first to check availability of single rooms before sending us your booking form.

If anyone in your party have a special dietary need due to a medically diagnosed condition, please let us know when you book. An addional charge of £3.50 is made by the caterers for special diets.
